Low RAM? A lot of programs/processes open?

It says memory not space so I doubt it's a HDD issue.

It says you are low on memory, not disc space. I suppose you have a pretty decent computer with at least 2GB RAM, so maybe dedicate more memory to Vegas which you can change somewhere in the properties. Also always close unnecessary programs when you are gonna render something.

1 GB ram DDR 400.. SAY HELLO TO MY LITTLE FRIEND OUI.

It is possible that you're runing to mmany unneccesary aplications like ICQ,msn, firefox, winamp etc.

Close it all, restar PC. If it wont help, defragmentate your system Disk and try again.
If this wont help - reinstall Vegas.
