Sony Vegas error

#1 - 6. Jul 2012 23:41
hello!
hm well, I've seen a tutorial ( http://www.style-productions.net/?page=forum_thread&id=3813 ) by juggaknot, and I tried to render a movie I was doing, but I kept getting some errors, first one was like "low memory, blabla, you may be able to gain more memory by closing some programs" & the other error was like, "file is too large, an error ocurred, file couldnt be rendered", and then I tried .wmv etc, and I kept getting errors, so the point is, when I try to render a file which is larger than like 30/40 seconds, with effects etc, I just keep getting errors, and that didint happened in my older computer, which was worse that this one.

actual computer specs:
i5-2310 @2.90ghz
4gbRAM
2tbHDD

well if someone knows how to fix it, please let me know ^^
in the future I'll buy more RAM, but until then.., I'd like to know how to fix this..
because atm, I need to render movies in alot of parts , which is long process when it could be faster and easier with just one render.

thanks for your time & sorry for my english :p

In vegas ?

install ffdshow

if that doesn't work you have to render the portions where it crashes with fewer effects and replace the video in the timeline, adding more effects and rendering again until you have all your fx

I got those errors on portions with over 50% motion blurr on my last project, more ram will not help.
